Court back Commonwealth Bank in ACCR case

The Federal Court in Melbourne has ruled in favour of Commonwealth Bank of Australia in a case brought by the Australasian Centre for Corporate Responsibility (ACCR) and Environmental Justice Australia on the right of shareholders to put a resolution on carbon emissions disclosures to the annual general meeting (AGM).
